- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My M-I-L sees Dr. Dobbins. Please know that he often prescribes antibiotics without testing to see if it is the right one. He also doesn't complete paperwork properly for needed equipment. it took him 5 months to incorrectly complete the forms for a lift!!! I would not recommend anyone see this doctor.
